Belrose is how suburban life should be - small enough to have a tight-knit sense of community, yet full of wide open spaces for generously-sized family homes. This is a lovely quiet suburb where people take pride in their gardens.
Houses in Belrose were designed with families in mind, built from the 1960’s onwards, with large blocks & backyards and also lots of parks & playgrounds. The local Belrose Hotel is geared towards families & tradies and there is also the Belrose Bowling Club for the young at heart.
The community is well catered for with Glenaeon Retirement Village and also Belrose Country Club. These facilities account for the medium to high density figures in our fast facts.
